Visit us in our office, or set up a virtual meeting to determine your projects requirements. Potential cost, project duration, and constructability will be developed to help guide the project from start to finish. It is critical for our clients to understand the entire scope of work required to have their projects come to fruition.
Measurements will be taken of the existing residence, using state of the art techniques that are prompt and efficient. We can then begin the process of exploring design concepts with our clients. Options will be provided for review, If the client does not choose from the provided plans, modifications will be made based upon the client’s feedback. Face to face review with our design team ensures that the final design represents your expectations, while still remaining within budget.
Once the final design is approved, we will submit these drawings along with the various forms required for the permit application to the local plans reviewer. We will monitor the progress during the review period, and give additional information or clarifications as requested. Little, if anything is needed from the client during this phase. Our goal is to see your project through as quickly and painlessly as possible, the length and cost of this phase can vary greatly depending on jurisdiction, and the complexity of the project.
The design build process allows you to move directly into the construction phase knowing total cost, timeline, and completion date. We will be directly responsible for project management, site supervision, and overall quality control of your project. This process is an efficient, hassle free way to complete your next dream project.
